Dear woman There you are Still here Always been here And always will be.
You do realize that you carry the very cocoon of existence, right? Everything about you embodies the significance of creation, from your bosom to your arms, your eyes, and your entire biology. Even when your body suffers, you still nurture. That is why you are called “mother”.
Mother, Not by virtue of childbearing alone but by your nurturing instincts. That which is ingrained in your mind, nerves, bones, senses, and “heart”.
The heart, Even when your heart suffers it still reflects wholeness, fullness, and “richness”.
Richness not in worldly possessions But in your drive, your focus, your aura, and your very “essence”
Your essence, that which makes you who you are. Your values, goals, your yearning, and desire to make a difference one that will be undeniable, visible, and remarkable
Aim for “remarkable” woman. You have got this💪🏾
Always rooting for you A win for one is a win for all
In life, love, family, vocation, and career, nothing else matters but that flicker of light. That fire burning within that keeps you wanting, desiring, longing, and restless.
Do you know what it is? Have you discovered it yet?
Let me tell you something. You will know you have found it if your heart skips a beat when you are not engaging in it. When nothing else would matter if you don’t commit to it.
It is that flicker that lights up your eyes when you talk about it, it gives you a sense of purpose when you practice it, one you must improve on to keep it burning. That flicker is your hope in times of scarcity, it is what your mission and vision should entail, what would light up your path and heart.
For a scientist, it is a discovery For a doctor cure for a disease For a legal practitioner, freedom/justice for the falsely accused For a chef, the satisfaction on the client’s face
Understand, that it is not just about a breakthrough but about seamless service and the satisfaction that comes with it. Seamless because of the genuine love for it and not as a result of duty.
Find it, find that fire, find the thing your soul believes in, work daily to improve it, refine it, master it and own it. Only then will you find true fulfillment.
Hello everyone, my name is Ifiemi Allagoa, Life coach and author with a burning desire to see people fulfill their potential and find strength in difficult times. What I put out here daily is laced with lessons from my life’s experiences, a whole lot of trial and error, and optimistic projections for the future. My story isn’t like the popular ones you see of successes and great feats. Mine is that of a lady who will arise from nothing, from the lowest point conceivable in life, and begin to inspire people to live theirs to the fullest.
It is in this light, on yet another International Women’s day celebration a period set out to put women in the spotlight for simply being who they are and embodying so much beauty and richness of their substance and their entire being, a day set out to say, woman! “I see you” I see all that you are and do, I see your strengths your weaknesses and you rising in the midst of all that has been set up by nature, man-made rules, society and social standards to dim your light. It is on this day that I have decided to share this message.
My message for you today is to urge you to believe in yourself and your journey. For everything you have been through, the good, the bad and the ugly has brought you to where you are. A strong, resilient and thoughtful woman, one that will shine forth her light for others to follow.
And for those of us still “becoming” our true nature unfolding daily, like a seedling sprouting with thorns, weeds and harsh conditions present, one that should stop us from thriving. Yes! But we will rise to the occasion. I celebrate you woman.
If you are still in an unnerving situation I want you to know you can rise above it, there is so much in you that is trying to find expression. Believe in yourself, in your journey and don’t stop pushing.

Hi guys, this is officially my first blog post for this year. I am so sorry I was away for so long. I had hoped to relocate you all to our permanent site in November last year but hey! It is still a work in progress. I put together the lessons I had in my life coaching journey in 2020 in this blog post.
In 2020 I expunged the motivational and inspirational writer tag as suggested by my Coach Edirin and decided it is definitely going to be Life Coaching for me because I knew I was born for this, it is what keeps me feeling alive and on course. I know the struggles I have had from making career choices to some personal struggles and failures, so when I see people going through similar situations in life I feel deep pain and a sense of responsibility toward them. In the words of Apostle Joshua Selman
Everytime you conquer a situation in the Spirit, authority is given unto you to bring others out.
Apostle Joshua Selman
I know what my struggles have been, how I conquered some of them, and how I still push towards overcoming others. So I set myself on track to be that guide for young people and also to help people find strength in difficult times. I had a long checklist that I am still ticking ✔️ and goals I am crushing gradually. the journey so far hasn’t been easy but I am not stopping any time soon. See below a summary of my 2020.
When you finally discover your niche in your chosen field and you are like whew! The hard part is over. May I inform you that you only just started? Now! Don’t panic
You will get excited, posting on social media, doing challenges, and giving value daily. The responses from your followers will certainly increase your adrenaline like the feeling people have sky diving.
2. If you rely on people’s responses and follows as a motivation to continue dishing out value, at a point, you will feel crushed in your insides & question all that you know. Like!! what the hell was I thinking? I can’t do this! How will I keep up? Do you know why? Because people mostly react based on their mood and you cannot afford to anchor the success or failure of your craft or business based on people’s mood and their decision to like or not like your posts. Is that clear enough? I know how many posts I find very educative or funny that I just react to internally but scroll past unintentionally. Not because I didn’t find it funny or valuable.
3. You will make and update plans & schedules (trust the process) in pottery the first mold is never identical to the finished product.
4. When you think you have it all together you will discover you don’t.
5. Do not underestimate the importance of paid courses from mentors or Coaches you connect with when you feel stuck. Because they are people who have been through the process you are before and you will want to learn how they got past that roadblock.
6. Even if it means paying for that knowledge.
7. You will get lit again and dim afterwards. Did I forget to mention it is a never-ending circle? Just like you need God’s word to keep your faith alive through challenges you need coaches and mentors for clarity per time.
8. It will be an error to think that the same momentum that got you started is what will remain with you by default all through your journey. Err no! it won’t. Self-motivation is a necessary tool that must be activated daily for maximum performance in your chosen tasks.
9. Do you love what you are doing? That is exactly what will keep the consistency, that is what will rekindle the flame even when it is burning low, that is the reason you will never give up.
10. Every milestone no matter how little should be celebrated. Look back and see you have come a long way from where you used to be. Effort is priceless

I sit here on the 9th October at 6:55am in deep thoughts about how I have constantly prayed for the Males in my life to never encounter SARS as they go out daily, the insecurity in Nigeria, the lack of value for human lives and how my life or that of my loved ones can just be taken for no reason at all. Not by being involved in car accident, or an ailment but by being shot by trigger happy men with the same weapon that is supposed to protect us.
The audacity for someone to swiftly pull the trigger on an unresisting, unarmed young man without regret or recompense is beyond me.
I want you to all picture a Male in your life lying helpless half dead, half alive because he was wrongly profiled as a fraudster by SARS. People surround the victim with cameras making exclamations
Him don die o’
God help us o’
He lies there static but aware, begging in his heart to be saved, then the brave one among the lot agrees to take him to the hospital, he bleeds uncontrollably on the way there. Hanging on to the constant reassurance of the driver about their ETA. They finally get to the hospital and the doctors wouldn’t admit him because they need a police report. A police report that would be issued only when a person has been shot is already a death sentence.
There is a serious rot in the system, one that cannot be ended by the ending of SARS alone. Survival comes first in the heart and minds of an average Nigerian before humanity. It is survival that says I wouldn’t treat an injured man, what if the police invade this hospital afterwards and cause me weeks of low patronage?
It is survival that says there is a rise in the price of new stock in the market so I will hike the price of my old stock. I still pay rent, i have children’s fees to meet up with next week. After all the product is same..
It is survival that says I will bite the hands that fed me, I don’t want to be a security guard forever my son too deserves to study abroad like my employers son..
it is survival that says now I have emerged the head of state I have to grab all I can now, what’s the telling that I will be re elected for the next tenure?
It is survival that says how dare you drive a big car while I stand in the sun all day, everyday, pass me some notes, POS, Atm, mobile transfer or take a bullet.
Nigerians are always on a default survival mode, from the artisans, to the highest in rank. This fight is deeply rooted and must be tactically handled.
End Sars? I’ld say yes!! It’s a step in the right direction and while you are at it restructure the recruitment system. Do not recycle the officers that have caused this carnage, prosecute them. They should answer for every bullet that was released against innocent Nigerians. Until it hits close to home it isn’t felt. #Endsarsnow
